Mechatronic pressure gauges
now also in filled and hermetically sealed versions

WIKA has extended the performance range of its mechatronic pressure gauges of the intelliGAUGE series. Products of the PGT23.063 series are now also available in the filled and/or hermetically sealed versions per IP65. Both options are suitable for the use in mainly rough operating conditions.

The hybrid instrument is a combination of a pressure gauge (nominal size 63) and an electrical output signal (4 ... 20 mA). The version filled with silicone oil eliminates undesired pointer oscillations. Even in case of vibrations or strong fluctuations in pressure, the instrument provides reliable measurement results.

The electrical assembly is not complicated. The selected angled connector of the 718 Binder connector series is equipped with a simple and long-lasting threaded locking system. In addition, the connector is moulded at the cable and therefore meets the requirements regarding the desired leak tightness of the case.

WIKA always continues to develop the multifunctional intelliGAUGE series. These products are a reliable and cost-effective solution for nearly all pressure measuring applications.
